Position Summary:
- The Admin Clerk for Warehouse Shipping Orders is responsible for providing administrative support to the warehouse operations team.
- This role involves managing shipping orders coordinating with various departments maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow within the warehouse.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have SAP experience Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive and process incoming shipping orders.
- Verify accuracy of orders including quantities and shipping details.
- Enter order details into the warehouse management system.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices packing lists and labels.
- Ensure all shipping paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Maintain organized and uptodate records of all shipments.
- Answer phones respond to emails and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist with filing data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Support other administrative functions within the warehouse as required.
