We are seeking a fulltime Customer Service Rep Virtual Admin to take care of members and fulfill their requests along with renewing their subscriptions.This role should provide a personalized service supported by proactive account management.
The ideal candidate will have a Customer Service background in hospitality or the travel sector with at least 3 years of experience.
Position: Customer Service Rep Virtual Admin
Working Hours: 4pm 12am or 6pm 02am UK time. 5 days per week including weekends.
Salary Range: $USD.
Type of contract: Independent contractor.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide a hightouch proactive service to our members utilizing our dedicated CRM and app.
- Take full ownership of members' requests across travel dining luxury retail and experiences to deliver a seamless member experience.
- Provide timely updates to the member so that they can relax once a request has been submitted.
- Work with a number of suppliers across aviation hospitality gastronomy and luxury retail to elevate the members' experience.
- Understand members preferences and record these within the CRM so that you can provide a personalized and proactive level of service.
- Provide member feedback and insight to the wider team to ensure that learnings are collectively gained.
- Be passionate about our product be on the constant look out for ways to elevate our process and service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service rep with a background in hospitality or the travel sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering service excellence.
- Excellent client empathy
- Can do attitude ready to get involved at all times
- Fast learner adapting to new processes in rapid change climate
- Confident with the ability to prioritize delegate and meet deadlines while working unde pressure.
- Creative problem solving and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Accurate with entering and recording data and requests.
- Strong IT skills in applications such as excel word email applications internet browsers and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
