Job Summary:

The head of Finance drives and supports the achievement of our clients business objectives by providing strategic guidance and support to business stakeholders in financial and commercial matters. He/she is accountable for the complete and accurate financial information for management and statutory purposes. He/she drives the forecasting and budgeting processes and ensures that relevant policies and controls are implemented.


Job Description:

Leading and developing people

• Where applicable lead direct and develop a team of finance professionals in the unit to achieve established goals especially in terms of effective business partnering
• Coach and engage the team for future requirements
• Responsible for collaborating and communicating with other teams internal or external partners who are providing services to the company
  

Effective business partnering

• Drive business performance and decisionmaking by providing strategic guidance actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Develop and support the strategy implementation specifically in customerfacing finance activities such as invoicing collection and customer financing
• Contribute to strategic planning at the management team level helping to drive topline growth and operational efficiency
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by collaborating with different functions
• Support business stakeholders to focus and prioritize activities that drive customer value and business performance most

Efficient financial transactions

• Accountable for endtoend finance processes performance of the Company
• Accountable for complete and accurate financial records of the Company
• Accountable for compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting treasury and tax
• Accountable for ensuring compliancy of internal controls and policies
• Accountable for efficient and compliant management of financials for the Company specifically in areas of cash flow and accounts receivables
• Responsible for driving the forecasting and budgeting processes in the Company
  
  

Job Qualification:

• Business acumen proven track record of successful business partnering ability to provide actionable insights influence decisionmaking and proactively drive business performance
• Preferably Masters degree in Finance or relevant field
• Experience with inventory management and relevant manufacturing industry background
• At least 10 years of experience as Controller or similar role to provide solid understanding of Finance operating model
• Experience in working with matrix organizations and service providers considered an asset
• Good English skills strong communication and presentation skills
