Role: Brand Marketing(Manager/Senior Manager)

About the role:
This role will help shape the company s brand strategy from Zero to one via a mix of offline ATL BTL TTL Digital and Celeb campaigns.
Our goal is to kickstart the visibility and resonance of ShopDeck ensuring its key messages resonate deeply with our target audience. i.e the next 1Lakh D2C aspirants in India. We aim to drive robust growth in both business and brand health by precisely targeting the right cohorts with compelling message. Were crafting a brand that stands the test of time and can challenge the existing SaaS softwares / Service players in the D2C enablement space.
Responsibilities
Help in shaping the brand s vision & proposition and communicate the same to the
outside world via effective channel mix
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies across Online and Offline ATL BTl and TTL strategies.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns including advertising promotions and social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Kickstart all verticals of branding from scratch setup all relevant teams and partnersips with associated agencies.
Stay uptodate with industry tand competitor trends and best practices in branding and marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Must Have
3 years of experience in brand management preferably in a B2B SaaS / ecommerce environment
Experience in launching branding campaigns from scratch.
Strong first principle and structural thinking capability combined with analytical rigor.
Strong understanding of branding principles marketing techniques and consumer behavior
Track record of campaigns that were loved by users and drove business results
Proficiency in creative thinking and strategic planning with the ability to develop innovative branding strategies
Detail orientation with strong project management skills
