سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيKey Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: • Drive enhancements to the staff Manpower Planning system/tools to meet changing business strategies and improve accuracy of tracking and projecting staff demand and supply. • Manage the development and maintaining of short, medium and long-term manpower plans to optimize staff costs and maximize staff efficiency and utilization. • Responsible for delivering an efficient and cost-effective relevant training plan to enhance the recruitment, promotion and staff qualification of all QDFC employees. • Responsible for delivering monthly standby requirements that provide adequate coverage to mitigate against operational disruption. • Responsible for delivering staff leave limits that assist in minimizing the accrual of balance leave and maintain operational robustness. • Represent staff Manpower in regular and adhoc meetings with key stakeholders. • Conduct regular audits of business process (such as roster check, time & attendance, and staff allocation) to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements. • Responsible for short- to medium-term changes to staff recruitment and transition training with relevant stakeholders, e.g., rostering, training, training management, recruitment, and transfer. • Orchestrate tasks and deadlines relating to the preparation of the annual budget for manpower and respects the constraints and requirements of relevant stakeholders from across the business. • Liaise with key stakeholders to evaluate and implement changes in relation to staff allocation in order to optimize staff effectiveness. • Coordinate with internal departments to communicate and prepare for changes to business strategy and future staff demands. • Direct improvements and refinements to the labor resource plans to enable more accurate projections of staff demand versus supply through the use of comprehensive analysis and planning throughout the business. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed b the Head of the Department
