Objective:
• Developing and executing comprehensivemarketing strategies to promote properties and services.
• Key role in driving brand awareness leadgeneration and customer engagement through various marketingchannels.
JobResponsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns topromote our real estate properties and services.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM socialmedia email marketing and content marketing.
• Create compelling marketing materials including brochuresflyers website content and social media posts.
• Coordinate and manage events such as open houses propertytours and trade shows.
• Analyze market trendsand competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth andimprovement.
• Collaborate with the sales teamto align marketing strategies with sales objectives and supportleadgeneration efforts.
• Manage the marketingbudget and ensure all activities are costeffective and withinbudget.
