Role: VP Operations

Location: Chennai IN.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Leader to lead our operations in India. The VP Operations will be responsible for heading operations and ensuring operational excellence within the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete operations and activities for the assigned projects right from conception to completion stage.
• Responsible for Operation and Maintenance for all commissioned treatment plants.
• Responsible for implementing designs and layouts for projects at the site and adhering to the compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for managing vendors for proper execution of projects.
• Attending site meetings with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project objectives.

PreRequisites:

• Qualified engineer with 20yrs of experience in Waste Water / Water treatment industry
• 5 years of previous Leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead with strong management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
