Full-Stack ML Engineer

As a FullStack ML Engineer at Donna youll be a vital part of our team working together to build Donna our perfect AIsales assistant for sales reps. Donna empowers them to focus on what they do best selling.

Expect to navigate a wide range of challenges including developing a scalable LLM framework finetuning and personalising prompt engineering orchestrating multiple AI agents and implementing advanced RAG systems. Your goal will be to craft the optimal user experience with our LLMs.

Youll join Donna & the team as one of the first hires. This means youll have the opportunity to be part of an earlystage startup and to learn from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

Tasks

A nonexhaustive list of features we could use your help with:

• Leveraging best practices and industryleading tools and technologies to solve reallife problems with LLM solutions.
• Finetuning and optimising prompting techniques (like promptchaining) to improve the accuracy and relevance of responses for our users.
• Integrating and synthesising a massive amount of contextual data (CRM data call recordings emails) to enrich the LLM context and provide more accurate and personalised outputs.
• Developing algorithms in multilingual conversational systems.
• Developing and enhancing RAG systems to ensure highquality and contextually appropriate responses.
• Ensuring the outputs of our LLMs maintain a high standard of quality accuracy and relevance.

We believe in shipping fast to gather feedback quickly from our customers. We focus more on building the right product than building the product right.

We like to keep things simple so we leverage as much as possible the services offered by key vendors.

Youll report directly to our cofounder & CTO but youll work together with other departments (and customers) in detailing the requirements of features and make tradeoffs together in order to maximise value while minimising complexity.

Requirements

• Were looking for someone passionate about LLMs with working experience and a strong desire to become an expert in the field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software or Data engineer or in a similar position.
• You are a perfectionist who is not afraid to critically evaluate data and results.
• You have strong problemsolving abilities and a gogetter mentality that embraces challenges.
• Youre able to break down big initiatives into small tasks allowing for reprioritization as important opportunities arise.
• Personal growth is important to you and you have the ambition to thrive in a startup culture.
• Collaboration is key for us so were looking for individuals who are fun to work with have a lot of expertise and are open to other peoples opinions.
• We have global ambitions so fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to work with us in the Ghent office; this is not a remote position.
• Having affinity with sales is a plus.
