Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science information systems business administration or related field
- Minimum 810 years of experience as a technofunctional business analyst in the banking sector preferably with exposure to the Posidex UCIC and Golden Record system or similar solutions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and elicit requirements from the business users and stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews workshops surveys etc.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and design system solutions using UML diagrams use cases data models etc.
- Work closely with the Posidex team to understand the features and functionalities of the Posidex UCIC system and how it integrates with the existing banking systems and processes
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the development testing and deployment of the system solutions are in line with the business expectations and quality standards
- Validate and Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases test data and test scripts
- Provide training and support to the end users and resolve any issues or queries related to the system Monitor and report on the system performance issues and enhancements
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the banking and Posidex domains and provide recommendations for improvement
- Define and document the project scope objectives deliverables and milestones
- Develop and maintain the project plan schedule budget and resource allocation
- Manage the project risks issues and changes and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
- Track and monitor the project progress quality and deliverables and ensure that the project meets the agreed standards and specifications
- Communicate the project status issues and risks to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
