Must have experience working directly with clients
Experience in incentive compensation management applications reporting and business analytics
Demonstrable experience with product design ondemand applications a plus
Knowledge of webbased technology and software development
Ability to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders
Experience creating mockups wireframes or storyboards according to product requirements
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail
Ability to work with a team as well as autonomously
Demonstrable quantitative analytical and problemsolving skills
A good listener combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
