Serve asthe primary point of contact for internal and externalstakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellentcommunication skills. Manage office operationsand administrative functions, such as managing correspondence,organizing files, and orderingsupplies. Coordinate and oversee officelogistics, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, andhandling office maintenance tasks. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintainingemployee records, and coordinating employeebenefits. Handle confidential information withdiscretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policiesand procedures. Perform general accounting andbookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports,and payroll. Support special projects andinitiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptabilityin a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree orequivalent experience in business administration, officemanagement, or a related field. Provenexperience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similarrole, with a strong track record ofsuccess. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to interact professionallywith diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and otheroffice productivity tools. Knowledge of HR andaccounting principles and practices is aplus.
