Requirements

• University qualification (or equivalent) in computerscience or in a related discipline
  
• Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical background (trajectory planning vibration compensation implement FEM models in code)
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic analytic thinking empathic
  
• At least 8 years of professional experience in stateoftheart software development
  
• 35 years of leadership of highly qualified people
  
• Transformational leadership style

• Adequate authority: able of providing clear direction to your software team members
  
• Experience in modern C
