Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

Secure reservations based on guest preferences dates and availability

Process payments securely and accurately

Provide clear and concise information about our offerings (e.g. rooms amenities rates policies)

Upsell and recommend additional services or upgrades to enhance the guest experience

Modify or cancel reservations according to guest requests and company guidelines

Address guest concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner

Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is uptodate

Work effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in computer skills including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite

A positive and professional attitude

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Detailoriented with a strong accuracy record
