HireNow Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our client in Watertown WI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for womens health providing exceptional care to patients in our obstetrics unit during the night shift.

Job Title: OB Womens Health Unit RN

Location: Watertown WI

Salary: $72800.00 $94000.00

Signing Bonus: Yes
Bonus Description: A signon bonus of $15000 with $14900 disbursed within the first 30 days of commencement and the remaining $100 at the completion of 24 months.

Shift: Full Time Night Shift; .9 FTE 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide highquality patientcentered care to women in the OB unit including labor and delivery postpartum and gynecological care.
• Clinical Skills: Perform comprehensive assessments administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with obstetricians midwives and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families guiding them through the childbirth process and postpartum care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetrics or womens health.
• Experience in LDRP nursing required
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Certifications: BLS and NRP certification required; additional OB certifications preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required on hire or within 6 months of hire
• Skills: Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patientcentered care.
• CPR required on hire or within 60 days of hire
