Overview:

The Overseas Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) plays a crucial role in driving the companys expansion in international markets. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with overseas clients and developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the companys presence in overseas markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners
  • Negotiate and finalize business contracts terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of international projects
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential risks
  • Manage and monitor overseas sales performance and KPIs
  • Provide regular reports and updates on overseas sales and market activities
  • Attend international trade shows conferences and events to promote the companys products and services
  • Stay updated on international regulations trade policies and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for international markets
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts with overseas clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development of effective pricing and payment strategies for international markets
  • Lead and mentor a team of overseas sales professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overseas sales processes and performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development preferably in overseas markets
  • Strong understanding of international business practices customs and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of global trade trends and market dynamics
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy
  • Experience in developing and executing international sales strategies
  • Strong crosscultural competencies and adaptability
