Product Manager Loan Products

• Help shape the strategy roadmap and execution of our MSME lending product.
• Lead crossfunctional engineering projects to build and launch our new product find product market fit and grow the product.
• Discover deep customer insights to identify evaluate scope and launch compelling new features to find product market fit.
• Lead the entire lifecycle of product development around this new product. This encompasses everything from researching shaping the strategy prioritizing the right MVP scope creating detailed specs to managing the execution and timeline of releases.
• Draw insights from experiments data exploration user feedback and market research to inform project prioritization and feature design.
• Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders such as design research engineering marketing analytics and operations teams to define projects triage bugs update progress across the company and set quarterly strategies and milestones.
• Set ambitious goals for yourself and the team. Manage team workflow to ship deliverables on time.

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management with a demonstrated ability to lead technical teams. Alternatively we will also consider applications from analysts engineers and other PMadjacent professionals looking to make the transition to Product Management.
• You have experience with financial services or lending business. Prior experience with the MSME customer segment is a plus.
• You have a knack for discovering deep customer insights coming up with great hypotheses and validating creatively and quickly to craft a differentiated product offering.
• You are passionate about solving for Bharat India s next billion users a customer segment underserved by even the most aggressive consumer internet companies.
• Topnotch analytical abilities including familiarity with SQL is a must to succeed in this role.
• You measure initiatives quantitatively and efficiently and you draw actionable insights to guide decisions.
• You listen to others speak your mind and ask the right questions.
• You are a great collaborator and teacher.
• Effective written communication skills are especially important.
• You are resourceful. You know how to do more with less and you ve worked on lean teams that have had a big impact. You are not afraid of big challenges and you do whatever it takes to get the job done.
