Our client isthe largest generic pharmaceutical company in Romania with strong brands and a consistent track record of growth. With a large product portfolio and a robust distribution network including the largest generic sales force in the country.

Main responsibilities:

1. Preparation and filling the tax returns of the entity

2. Preparation of statutory financial statements

3. Preparation of group reporting package every quarter

4. Ensuring the conditions for the quarterly audits

5. Ensuring the compliance with corporate and entity SoPs and DoA.

6. Approval of payments to third parties

7. Managing the activity of 2 departments: Accounting and Treasury

8. Ensuring the compliance with laws and regulation in finance domain

9. Review and approval of various legal documents such as contracts quotations and other projects

10. Ensuring DoA compliance for documents generated by Bioequivalence Finance Legal IT in the limit delegated by CEO

11. Focus for tax and costs optimization

Must criteria:

1. Proficient in Accounting

2. Proactivity andwillingness to go extra miles

3. Good knowledge of taxation and finance laws

4. Member of the Accounting Institute
