What will be your responsibility:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Zoho CRM to meet the organization requirements.
Customize modules fields layouts and workflow rules to align with business processes. Implement and configure Zoho Desk Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ to meet business requirements.
Customize modules fields workflows and templates within Zoho applications.
Integrate Zoho applications with other business systems and thirdparty tools.
Work closely with sales marketing and customer support teams to understand their requirements.
Collaborate with the IT team to manage system integrations and data migrations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Zoho applications.
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations.
Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements for better efficiency.
What is needed from you:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
Proven 4 to 6 years of experience working with Zoho applications particularly Zoho Desk Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ.
Indepth knowledge of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books etc.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
Proficient in customizing Zoho CRM modules fields and workflow rules.
Experience with data migration integration and automation within Zoho CRM.
Excellent communication skills
Certification in Zoho CRM or related applications is a plus.
