Open Position: Lead Technical Writer (IT Based Company)

An IT Based Company is currently hiring a Lead Technical Writer to come and join them in the Selangor Company.

Key responsibilities include:

More than 5 years proven experience as a Technical Writer especially in software or Information Technology.

Collaborate with Technical Writer team and crossfunctional teams to gather and understand technical information specifications and requirements for creating documentation.

Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards company style guides and branding guidelines.

Review and edit documentation for clarity consistency grammar and technical accuracy.

Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent English writing and speaking skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality documentation.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

Having prior experience in team management mentoring and supervision is advantageous.
