Job Description:
We are an established professional company secretarial firm located in Klang Selangor with clienteles in different industries. We are looking for a suitable candidate as Company Secretary to provide and manage its company secretary services to its clients together with existing team.
Basic Salary : RM5000 RM8000
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate secretarial support to the companys clients and meet deadlines Liaise with clients Companies Commission of Malaysia Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
- Attend Board meetings Committee Meetings Annual General Meetings Extraordinary General Meetings etc. and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain and update the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhads Listing Requirements and any other relevant acts rules regulations and guidelines of relevant governing authorities and bodies.
- To attend others adhoc assignment as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a qualification of MAICSA MIA or equivalent or a licensed company secretary by SSM.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Good communication in English written and spoken.
- Able to work independently.
- Well verse with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements and procedures. Right and positive attitude and able to build and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Prefer Mandarin speaker.
