Restoration Construction Lead Technician

Our client a leading fullservice restoration company specializing in construction remediation and cleaning for both commercial and residential clients is seeking an experienced Lead Technician.

This role is critical in leading and directing a team of technicians through the entire project lifecycle ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Whether as a Lead Tech 3 overseeing a team of 810 or a Lead Tech 2 managing 35 team members your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service in the areas of fire smoke and water damage environmental remediation electronics recovery demolition and reconstruction.

Lead Technician Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 810 technicians (Lead Tech 3) or 35 technicians (Lead Tech 2) through fullservice restoration projects.
• Oversee and direct the teams performance ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Mentor train and equip team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Interface with branch operations and project managers as well as project coordinators to ensure your team is fully prepared and equipped for each project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high standard of integrity and service throughout all operations.
• Provide fullservice emergency help to commercial and residential customers in situations of fire smoke and water damage and other disasterrelated scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the remediation/restoration industry with a deep understanding of the solutions safety compliance and hazards for each situation and circumstance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead mentor and motivate a team.
• Characteristics that align with the companys culture of integrity humility and service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks demonstrating a proactive and problemsolving approach.
