Job Title: Lead ERP Engineer
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Atlanta GA (At least 1 day a week in office)
The ERP Lead Engineer is responsible for architecting designing and leading the implementation of comprehensive solutions that meet functional and nonfunctional requirements for an automotive dealer ERP system based on a thirdparty lowcode/nocode platform.
The ERP Lead Engineer in this position is expected to be handson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives in Automotive Dealership ERP systems.
- Assists with the evolution of standards policies principles and procedures to guide technology implementation on a lowcode/nocode architecture platform.
- Facilitates technical design reviews ensuring adherence to architectural standards of the organization.
- Contributes to functional logical and technical architecture for the ERP project and a distributed ERP platform initiative; and collaborates with the greater architecture and project teams on implementation.
- Identifies necessary nonfunctional requirements (performance security operational concerns) and participates in addressing them.
- Participates in handson development and production support of extensions built on top of a thirdparty lowcode/nocode platform
- Recommends options for the resolution/prevention of technical debt and to facilitate rapid development and implementation.
- Helps develop and execute test plans to test functional software and infrastructure and helps drive consistency and automation.
- Recommends improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.
- Helps drive best practices for software development coding performance tuning and integration.
- Contributes to the definition of engineering processes standards and technologies / frameworks.
