Were looking for a Healthcare Entrepreneur to join our Management Team and build the next stage of growth of our XR healthcare platform throughout Denmark. At SyncVR Medical its our mission to improve healthcare with Virtual/Augmented Reality (XR). Tasks

Whats in the role

Your goal is to establish market leadership through 1) building adapting and executing the commercial strategy that leads SyncVR from 12M revenue to 48M revenue; 2) establishing large deals and longlasting relationships with key hospitals yourself 3) lead and train an ambitious team of 515 business developers. From joining the team for cold calling sessions to visiting key customers MT meetings to strategy sessions you will do all you can to establish SyncVR Medical as the undisputed market leader.

Your goal is to establish market leadership through:

1. Growing our revenue in our current customer hospitals
2. Set up agreements with 510 new customers in the 6 months
3. Grow SyncVR as a recognised brand as market leader in XR in healthcare

Everything from cold calling sales sessions on the phone reaching out to partner companies giving XR demos in hospitals (with long hours in train/bus) traveling throughout Europe or discussing the next developments with our tech team: you will do everything that is necessary towards SyncVR Medical becoming the largest medical XR platform in Europe.

• You have a proven record in sales preferably in healthcare;
