We are looking for a Business Driver/Business Project Manager for our client in the Financial Sector

Description Competences:

The client is executing on their Card Simplification strategy aiming to create a foundation for the next generation card payments.

The objective is to provide their customers with effective and efficient means to do and manage their card payments. The Card Simplification Programme (CSP) is a Nordic initiative engaging people within Business and Technology within both the client and their partners.

The scope of CSP is to transform into one common operating model based on a central Card Management platform. The future solution will speed up time to market reduce costs and operational risk and to smoothen the customer journey.

In your role as a Business Driver in CSP you will work closely with the Transition Lead to ensure execution of the Danish Debit card delivery plan. You will drive and remove any blockers materialising support in test execution and UAT and help preparing for the migration to the Nordic target solution. As part of the overall plan you will also be responsible for the Commercial Card Transition to ensure the future endtoend flow and product set up is verified and implemented correctly.

You will report to the Card Simplification DK Debit Card Transition Lead and you will be located in Copenhagen Denmark.

Responsibilities:

Drive issue resolution in relation to product setup

Drive solution clarifications and implementation with the clients teams

Support the test execution representing the business/ requirement side

Represent the business in the UAT

Maintain requirements and business documentation

Plan and execute pilot verification

Plan and support the business in supporting the migration to the new system

Most vital skills:

Proactive handson approach to problem solving

Driver/ Project manager skills

Stakeholder management on various levels of the organization and in relation to our vendors

Experience from working with Cards or other payments rails is expected a plus to the minimum alternatively from financial sector

Good communication skills able to provide presentations to senior leadership

Some technical understanding to be able to engage in dialogs with IT delivery teams

Fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken

Solid understanding of SAFe Agile methodology
