Position Title: Fa ade 3D Modeler
Work Setup: Work from Office
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 40000 Php 50000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FA ADE 3D MODELER

Your Responsibilities as a Fa ade 3D Modeler:

Develop parametric 3D models for components assemblies and fa ade systems.
Conduct detailed reviews of 3D models to verify accuracy completeness and compliance with design standards.
Produce accurate and comprehensive 2D technical drawings ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications.
Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and relevant CNC machining files for production.


Qualifications as a Fa ade 3D Modeler:

Technical or associate degree in Drafting Architecture Mechanical or Civil Engineering
preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
Atleast of 3 years of 3D Modeling/Drafting experience for the purpose of Manufacture.
Parametric 3D modeling/Sheet metal design. E.g. Product/Industrial Designer CAD Designer Mechanical Engineer
Extensive experience as a Fa ade Curtain Wall or Sheetmetal Designer is highly desirable.
Highly competent in the use of Autodesk Inventor AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Excellent English Communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to develop rapport with other team members.
Ability to think outside the box.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
