Automotive Glass Technician

• $28 $30 per hour (flat rate) production bonuses
  
  
• Bonus Tiers: Extra compensation for exceeding the semimonthly threshold of billed time: (110 134 hours) (135 160 hours) (161 hours)

• Conduct precise windshield installations and repairs
  
• Assess and diagnose automotive glass damage
  
• Perform precision cutting for various vehicle models
  
• Adhere strictly to safety standards during work
  
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns
  
• Maintain accurate records of work and customer interactions
  
• Conduct quality checks to ensure industry standards
  
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment regularly
  

Requirements:

• Technical expertise in automotive glass repair
  
• Relevant certifications as an Automotive Glass Technician
  
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  
• Problemsolving skills for varied repair situations
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
