Overview

The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales for our Edtech products. This position is responsible for engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to promote our products and drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads and proactively seek new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and other channels
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our Edtech solutions
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads follow up on prospects and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions record details of inquiries and manage sales activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends market activities and competitors
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
  • Participate in sales meetings trade shows and other industry events to promote the organizations products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably in the Edtech industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and tools including CRM software and lead management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of a product
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methods
  • Fluency in additional languages especially in international markets is a plus
