Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirement based on market trends audience insights and business objectives
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic goals and timelines
• Lead the endtoend product development process from concept ideation and storyboard creation to final delivery and launch
• Work closely with creative teams including animators writers and directors to ensure the artistic integrity and quality of each animation project
• Coordinate with production teams to manage resources budgets and schedules ensuring timely delivery with project constraints
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends opportunities and challenges in the animation industry
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of animation products and initiatives
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners fostering collaboration and communication throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay informed about industry best practices technological advancements and evolving audience preferences to drive continuous innovation and improvement

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the animation entertainment or digital media industry
• String project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive and influence business decisions based on data and metrics
• Outstanding design thinking significant creativity good business sense and strategies
