Job Overview

As a Freelance Online English Teacher at Yuwen Education you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and interactive online English lessons to primary and secondary students. Your primary objective will be to enhance students English language skills including reading writing listening and speaking. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to students diverse needs and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning and Delivery
Prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to the needs of primary and secondary students.
Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.
Incorporate English literature knowledge to enrich lessons.

2. Student Assessment and Feedback
Assess students progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them.

3. Classroom Management
Create a supportive and positive online classroom environment.
Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure all students are engaged and participating.

4. Communication and Collaboration
Maintain open communication with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

5. Professional Development
Continuously improve your teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational trends and technologies.

Qualifications

1. Native or nearnative English speaker.
2. Excellent academic scores in English Language.
3. Knowledge of English literature is a plus.
4. Open to all races genders and individuals aged 18 years and above.
5. Prior teaching experience especially in an online setting is preferred.
