Technical Delivery Lead

• Oversee the delivery of technical projects from PoC to implementation/completion
• Review and approve technical designs solutions and architectures.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the agreed specifications and quality standards
• Manage project timelines ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals including developers engineers and analysts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional development.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage team workload.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with the organization s standards and best practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders including clients senior management and other departments.
• Communicate project progress issues and risks to stakeholders effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and handle any escalations or concerns.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and issues.
• Monitor and control project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct postproject reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

1. Project Management:

• Hands on project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
• Experienced in using project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Microsoft Project).

• Strong background in software development systems architecture
• Ability to understand and evaluate complex technical solutions and designs.
