Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of technical projects from PoC to implementation/completion
- Review and approve technical designs solutions and architectures.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the agreed specifications and quality standards
- Manage project timelines ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals including developers engineers and analysts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional development.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage team workload.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with the organization s standards and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders including clients senior management and other departments.
- Communicate project progress issues and risks to stakeholders effectively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and handle any escalations or concerns.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and issues.
- Monitor and control project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct postproject reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Key Skills
- Project Management:
- Hands on project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Experienced in using project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Microsoft Project).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in software development systems architecture
- Ability to understand and evaluate complex technical solutions and designs.
- Leadership:
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks and issues.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
CRM / ITSM Domain experience will be added advantage but not mandatory
