Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing strategies in CardioNeuropsychic divisions divisions for retail hospital and pharmacy business segments.
• Lead brand building initiatives to enhance market presence and product visibility.
• Manage new product launches and develop product portfolios focusing on cardiovascular and cardioneuropsychic products.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) or M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of brand building and product portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects.
