Job Description
Sales & Business Development Leadership Role
JOB TITLE: Sales and Business Development Leader
LOCATION: Doha Qatar
SUMMARY: This role is a great opportunity to join an exciting AI company at the initial commercialization stage and play a formative role in the adoption of the companys AI solutions driving the future of AI at the Edge a multibilliondollar market opportunity. Reporting into the Sales organization this is a key position responsible for driving sales in the GCC region for transformative AI compute solutions that both displace legacy offerings and open doors to previously unfeasible AI inferencing edge use cases with largescale customer advantages. The Sales and Business Development Leader will draw on firsthand knowledge of marketleading customers and ecosystems to propel pipeline development of use cases that support design wins and revenue growth. Candidates should bring experience and skills in developing initial pipelines for earlystage and matured revenue companies while managing sales processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a robust opportunity pipeline in the GCC region and establish longterm business relationships with partners and customers with strategic relevance to the companys current and future products.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enable customer success for an optimal time to revenue.
Manage customer expectations for a high level of customer satisfaction.
Expand and leverage customer ecosystem relationships in the edge computing market.
Build effective relationships with industryspecific partners channels and distributors.
Establish processes to drive effective joint business planning and execution with partners.
Manage monthly forecasting sales opportunities and account business plans.
Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the technical features and benefits of the products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to clients.
Gather client feedback to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
Meet KPIs related to Prospecting Engagement Quotations and Bookings
Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities
Be the brand ambassador of the brand in the region participate in exhibitions trade show.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in closing deals.
10 years of business development and sales experience in technology.
Handson experience selling AI Computing / Semiconductor products and solutions.
Deep experience and strong ecosystem network in Embedded and AI Computing markets in GCC region.
Strong experience and knowledge of use cases for Defence and Government sectors.
