This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, and managing the sales team’s performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for sales growth.- Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team.2. Team Leadership:- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.3. Performance Management:- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members.4. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.5. Sales Operations:- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Arab Nationality.Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.- Experience in the same industry (Fire rated doors, Steel works, Aluminum doors and windows, UPVC, GRC, Façade, cladding and glass works) as the hiring company.Work Environment:- The position may involve irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet sales targets and deadlines
