Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments and meet with new and existing customers to promote our products and identify opportunities. • Develop and conduct product application training sessions for customers. • Deliver product presentations at marketing events like seminars, workshops, and academic meetings. • Utilize deep product knowledge and clinical experience to support sales and address customer inquiries. • Foster relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference hospitals to drive future marketing and sales initiatives. • Provide support for assay validation and go-lives to improve customer satisfaction. • Organize various marketing events to promote our products effectively. Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory, Bioscience, Chemistry, Veterinary, or related scientific field. • 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales. • Qatar-based with Transferable QID. • Qatar Driving License and access to a car. • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
