Overview:

The Tele Sales Associate plays a crucial role in our organization by engaging with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products and services. This position is vital in driving sales revenue and establishing strong customer relationships through effective communication in both Bengali and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products or services
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge industry trends and competitors
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Stay updated on company products and services
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators including lead generation conversion rates and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Bengali and English languages
  • Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be positive and resilient in a highpressure customerfocused environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team success
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Good computer skills and proficient in CRM software
  • Goaloriented individual with a solid work ethic and a strong sense of accountability
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
