Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Blue Dart Express Ltd Nagarjuna Circle Punjagutta Hyderabad
Industry: Logistics / Retail
Salary: 2030 % Hike on existing Annual Salary
Workdays: 6 days working Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the logistics or retail industry and be adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks across multiple store locations. This role involves significant travel within City or around City and requires strong skills in vendor management property scouting repairs and maintenance petty cash handling housekeeping management rate negotiation vendor identification and invoice preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
Negotiate terms contracts and rates to ensure costefficiency.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contracts.
2. Property Scouting and Real Estate Management:
Identify and evaluate potential properties for business use.
Handle real estate transactions including leasing and renewals.
Liaise with property owners and real estate agents.
3. Repairs & Maintenance (R&M):
Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repair work.
Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Coordinate with service providers for regular and emergency repairs.
4. Petty Cash Management:
Manage petty cash transactions and maintain detailed records.
Ensure all expenditures are properly documented and approved.
5. Housekeeping Staff Management:
Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order.
Manage staff schedules duties and performance evaluations.
6. Rate Negotiation:
Negotiate rates for various services and supplies.
Continuously seek costsaving opportunities while maintaining quality.
7. Vendor Identification:
Identify and evaluate potential vendors for various operational needs.
Conduct due diligence to ensure reliability and quality of vendors.
8. Invoice Preparation:
Prepare and process invoices for administrative and operational expenses.
Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years in an administrative role preferably in the logistics or retail industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in petty cash handling and invoice management.
  • Capable of managing multiple properties and ensuring their upkeep.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently as required by the business.
  • Candidate must possess a valid Driver s license and Twowheeler.
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Management or a related field is preferred.
