Resset Construction Group a leading construction company in Ahmedabad is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Direct Sales Associate to join our growing team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our firm by effectively promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and online marketing.
Property Promotion: Create compelling property listings advertisements and marketing materials to showcase available real estate listings.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings providing clients with detailed information about properties and answering their questions.
Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate offers counteroffers and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
Market Analysis: Stay uptodate with real estate market trends pricing and competition to provide informed advice to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
Documentation: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork contracts and agreements throughout the buying and selling process.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the firm.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues including real estate agents mortgage brokers and legal professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market conditions client needs and opportunities for improvement to the management team.

Academic Requirements Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
