Purpose of the role
Guest Relations personnel is responsible for the organizations; success in reputation and customer satisfaction/awareness of Brand Isprava.
Duties & Responsibilities
GRE Isprava Sales
Setting up hospitality for Isprava Guest checkin checkout
Communicate the right information and educate the guest about Isprava
Coordination for concierge services
Involved in the overall planning and setting up any cross event or activity (marketing and sales) between Lohono and Isprava
Involved in Sales Marketing and day to day on ground administrative support for viewings meetings gifting activities database management etc.

Educational Qualifications Degree in Hospitality/Sales
Prior work experience 2 4 years of working experience in Hospitality/Sales background
