Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to gain handson experience in the field. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting with interview coordination and onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in recruitment and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and university partnerships.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the required qualifications and criteria.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Participate in interview panels and provide feedback to help evaluate candidates suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the preemployment verification process.
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions job postings and other recruitmentrelated materials to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Support HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Duration and Compensation:
  • This is an internship position with an expected duration of 3 months. Post that we will offer full time role.
  • Compensation: 10000 INR for first 3 months. Post that fixed ctc in between 2.53.5lpa will be offered.
