Tax Associate

Our client a leading Wealth Management firm are currently looking for a Tax Reporting Associate to their team.

In the role the successful candidate will:

• Ensure all client tax documents (Tax Pack CIS Guide Complex Guide & CGT statements) are sent in an accurate & timely manner in line with our clients risk and control environment.
  
• Reconcile and return Dividend Withholding Tax Irish Encashment Tax and US Backup withholding tax to the appropriate regulatory body on behalf of clients on an ongoing basis.
  
• Produce and pay intermediary broker commissions on a monthly basis and any queries that may arise in relation to same.
  
• Assist with preparation and recording of concise monthly Management Information and Control Reporting mechanisms as well as monthly OKR monitoring.
  
• Maintain a high customer service focus at all time whenever dealing with internal or external relationships.
  
• Meet and liaise with clients/advisors if required.
  

Requirements

• An excellent knowledge of Excel Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  
• A record of providing excellent customer service.
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Problem solving skills.
  
• Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines.
