We are currently working with a global new to market corporate finance advisory firm who are looking to grow out their restructuring team at Associate Director level. Role Duties include:
- Manage highprofile restructuring engagements including advisory work (independent business reviews etc.) external options processes and formal insolvency work.
- Lead project teams and oversee daytoday work to ensure timely delivery of highquality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including managing seniorlevel client relationships.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on complex issues affecting their businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of restructuring insolvency with experience in both Restructuring Advisory and Insolvency
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACA or ACCA)
- Proven track record of managing highprofile restructuring engagements.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
