Scope of the Role
As a Customer Support Representative you will manage customer interactions through various communication channels assist with support tasks and contribute to enhancing our documentation. Your role will involve using tools like Guide Tweez and Google Docs to provide toptier support and improve our processes based on customer feedback.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through calls emails and chats providing timely and effective support.
- Assist in offloading support tasks and managing communication cadences to ensure efficient operations.
- Use our customer support platform Guide to deliver excellent support and resolve customer issues.
- Create and maintain screen recordings to assist with documentation and provide clear guidance to customers.
- Enhance our documentation based on customer feedback ensuring it is accurate and uptodate.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer support or a related field.
- Proficiency with customer support tools such as Guide Tweez and Google Docs.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to create clear and concise screen recordings.
- Experience in enhancing documentation based on feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
