Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist or similar role.
• Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud (e.g. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce customization configuration and automation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
• Experience with Service Cloud Communities and Customer Portals.
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Problemsolving and analytical skills.
