Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist or similar role.
- Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud (e.g. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce customization configuration and automation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
- Experience with Service Cloud Communities and Customer Portals.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Problemsolving and analytical skills.
