Jr Sales Coordinator

Company Profile : Pharma MNC (H.Q. at Denmark) having backend operations team in Ahmedabad. Repacking Plant at Kandla (Gandhidham)

Job Role : Administer prioritize and solve the tasks related to the internal administration of LongTerm Agreements (LTA) within the specified deadlines. Under the daily management of Supervisor the Position is to facilitate the most optimal solution for both clients and colleagues from quotation to delivery of order.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

1. INTERNAL COORDINATION

• Daily coordination with Sales Front office in H.Q.on ongoing matters RFQs and orders.
• Focal point between internal departments (Sales; Logistics; Quality; Purchase and Warehouse)
• Conduct regular status meetings with cross department colleagues for smooth functioning of supply chain.

2. DATA MANAGEMENT

• Process quotations: Upon receipt of client’s RFQ execute the quotes in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools.
• Data generation and management of the quotes in ERP.
• Process orders: Upon receipt of PO from the client execute the order in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools.
• Data generation and management of the orders in ERP.
• Reporting: Generation and management of precise and accurate reports related to the contract.
• Inventory Management: Management of reservation of stock of open sales orders

Desired Profile :

• B.Pharm (Preferred)
• 47 years working experience from a business environment and a relevant theoretical background that supports our ability to act independently when required.
• Experience from a multinational business environment (Europe China USA) is an added advantage.
