Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing a restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the establishment.
Manage staff schedules training and performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Coordinate with the F&B Manager on inventory and ordering supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
KPIs/Deliverables:
Overall customer satisfaction (target: 90% positive feedback).
Staff performance and retention (target: high retention and positive feedback).
Financial performance (target: meet or exceed budget goals).
Operational efficiency (target: minimal downtime and smooth operations).
Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Degree/Diploma in hospitality management or related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
Ability to manage budgets and financial statements.
