2. Bussers/Cleaners (2)
Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking a hardworking and reliable Bussers/Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently.
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas restrooms and kitchen areas.
Restock service stations with necessary supplies.
Handle minor customer requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 1 year previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Diploma or certificate in hospitality related field advantageous
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Table turnover time (target: tables cleared and reset within 5 minutes).
Cleanliness standards (target: maintain high cleanliness and sanitation scores).
Efficiency in restocking (target: minimal downtime in dining areas).
