2. About the job

The UX/UI Developer will be responsible for developing creating and modifying user interfaces to meet enduser needs within time and cost constraints. They will collaborate with product managers engineers and researchers to create UI/UX mockups using Figma and ensure the product vision aligns with user needs and the product roadmap.

Client Overview: We are hiring for an enterprise client focused on reimagining the experience for enterprise customers using Viva goals.

Role Summary: The UX/UI Developer will contribute to the main project of reimagining the experience for enterprise customers using Viva goals. They will be responsible for designing developing and modifying software systems analyzing user needs and ensuring the feasibility of design.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Engage with the business development team and customers to understand their business problems and goals.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design.

Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to meet specifications.

Design develop and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models.

Analyze information to recommend and plan computer specifications layouts and peripheral equipment modifications.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:

810 years of experience in software design and development.

Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related.

Customercentric mindset with experience turning abstract concepts into reality.

Firm grasp of Figma for design and prototyping.

Experience creating a variety of design artifacts including user scenarios task flows conceptual models annotated wireframes creative briefs competitor analysis and heuristic analysis.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Previous enterprise experience.
