This position is responsible for building and maintaining the WeChat marketing initiatives for key U.S. based geographies and demographics
Responsibilities:
- Build / monitor / maintain company business profile on the WeChat platform
- Educate us on WeChat strategies, possibilities, costs, and considerations – Ads, Programs, Influencers, Social Users / Our Employees, Groups, SQ codes, HTML5 campaigns, etc.
- Geographic & Demographic targeting
- Competitor ysis
- Design (content & creative) initial campaigns, define success, and A/B test
- Design workflows to navigate between WeChat, our call to action items (phone, webforms, etc), and salesforce
- Train our local branch participants on what to do in WeChat (and not to do) – how to interact with our business account and leverage their personal accounts
